So you prepare your media for the upload:
Introduction
For represent your pictures in your own gallery at free-apartment.de
correctly, you should follow this guidance. Otherwise it could happen that your pictures are represented only in parts or not at all. Or you get an error messages at the upload.
This guarantees and preserves us the high-qualityness of our portal,
from which we all would like to profit as a landlord.
1. Change the size of your pictures:

First you need a suitable graphic program for convert your pictures to the right size. We explain this here with the freeware-version (only for private use) of IrfanView. The download is here:http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967 . With other graphik programs it works similarly. |

Download the program, double click and install it.

Select the folder in that your pictures are stored, e.g. My Files --> My Pictures and create a new folder with "File --> New --> Folder" and give it a new name like "converted". |

Now open IrfanView, click on "File --> Open" and select a picture in your folder.

Click on "Image --> Resize/Resample and insert 400 only at "Width".

Click on "File --> Save as", select at typ JPG, give a name to the picture and save it in the folder "converted".

This please repeat with all your pictures you want to insert into your gallery at free-apartment.de.
